Garlic Feast: delicious garlic-inspired recipes for the quintessential garlic lover won: Australia Cookbook of the Year (2016), Best Cookbook in the World (Self publishing and Printing) at the 2017 Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. At the same awards it was also a finalist for Best Cookbook of the Year in the World

 

In 2020 Garlic Feast won Best of the Best 25 years' at the 2021 Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. The book has been displayed at the UNESCO building in Paris in 2019 as part of a Gourmand Food Book Exhibition and at the Alfred Nobel Museum in Sweden 2022. 

 

My new book published in 2021 Winter Wild: a feast of dark delights, was inspired by and celebrates MONA's spectacular Dark Mofo Winter Feast in Tasmania. In 2021 the book won Australia Food Book of the Year (fighting Covid) at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.

In 2022 it won GOLD for BEST COFFEE TABLE BOOK at the Independent Publisher Awards, New York and also a Bronze Medal for Best Cookbook (General). It also won BEST BOOK OF THE YEAR IN THE WORLD, Fighting Covid; Self Publishing + Printing at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards held in Umea, Sweden in June 2022.

 

Tomato: know, sow, grow, feast - a gardening and cookbook - co authored with Penny Woodward, author and horticultural Editor of the ABC Organic Gardening Magazine + celebrity gardener Karen Sutherland, from Edible Eden Design, won a joint Laurel for Best Book at the Australian Horticultural Media Industry Awards in 2020; and a Gold Medal in the Home + Garden category of the Independent Publisher Awards in New York in 2018.
